Today I was invited to go riding from Hawks Nest Stable by my friends Joanie and Mary Ann. I still don't have my truck so Joanie generously offered to pick me up and I gratefully accepted this offer. My only worry about going was leaving my boarders horse home alone. She has never been completely alone before. So, I arranged to make sure my husband would be around to keep an eye on her.
The forecast for today was for rain but we decided to ride anyway. And though the morning started out a bit cloudy, the sun came out and it turned out to be a lovely morning. We had such a nice ride. Our 3 mares all seemed to greatly enjoy each other's company as much as us 3 ladies ourselves.
